SOYO GROUP ripoff, REBATE FRAUD, will never sent of the rebates, dishonest, UNProfessional Company Ontario California

When I bought SOYO CX-5959 from tigerdirect.com, they said that I will have 3 rebates. Worth of $60. ($20 each)
So, I was thinking what a good bargain so, later that day I bought it.

After I received the package, I start fill out all the paperwork for the Rebates, and I kept a copy of every paperwork that I sent.

THe 3 rebates are as follow:
1. CX-5959 $20
2. CX-5959 (Bonus Rebates) $20
3. CX-5959 (Double Bonus Rebtes) $20

Now after waited for 5 MOnth, finaly I got a notice that saying my first rebates(CX-5959 $20) is in the process.
But they never said anything about the second and thrid, so, I emailed them.

I never get any reply.

So, next thing I did, is called them and leave them messages.

I end up leaving + 7 message, between 2 weeks period, cause everytime I call NO ONE pick up the phone except the answering machine.

I thinking since no one return my phone call or replay my email so I try SOYO customer services and I finally speak to someone name Judy. She is willing to help me and ask me to email her the paperwork, and I did.
1 week pass by. I DID NOT get any reply from her and when I try to call and look for her. The operator said that she is no longer work in the company.

Next, I get a change to talk to another person name Shiela and she want me to fax her all the paperwork and I did fax her.

The next day I call and look for her, not suprise, the operator said she is not working today. The next day I call, she is sick, the following day. Their no one name shierly here.

I'm really frustrated with this company because this company are suck a Loser and Unprofessional way dealing with customer and also not to forget their products are sucksss not worth a penny, all made in CHINA

Cause they having problem selling thier products, thier most likely or better of for them to cheat the customer by rebates.

SHAME on you SOYO.
