Soyo Group Ripoff Rebate Problems? Read this. Ontario California

The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) cracked down on CompUSA recently when one of their vendors went bust and failed to pay rebates due customers. They made CompUSA pay all the missing rebates!

I'm due $120 by Soyo on three different rebates from early August 2004 and I haven't received a thing. Looking at this and other complaint websites I'm not alone. If everybody they've screwed complains to the FTC then they'll pull their chain.

Fill in the subject/Company address-phone-email-website EXACTLY as shown below, even if your rebate went somewhere else. ITS IMPORTANT THAT THESE COMPLAINTS BE CONSISTENT SO THAT THE FTC's COMPLAINT DATABASE SCREAMS "PROBLEM"!

In the complaint box put: "Failure to pay rebate." Add whatever details (amounts/dates/followup) that you feel explain your situation. Don't go overboard.
