I have made purchases of SOYO products in Tigerdirect and Newegg online stores. First one on 4/15/2004.I have filled and sent all rebate forms with required attachments within the spefied timeframe. And...

Months of futile complaining. No avail. They owe me the total amount $132.99. Latest e-mail received on February 05, 2005 reads as following:

"Your rebate check has approved and mailed."

How come I have not received it yet? It is March the 13th, 2005, when I am writing it - approximately 11 months after first purchase and 1 month after they eventually claimed the check was sent. I almost lost my hope.

A terrible rip-off. Never buy anything from SOYO again!
Watch out Tigerdirect and Newegg, too!
