I have never had to deal a company like this. Their interest rate is over the top. Unprofessional, Money hungry, rude, Unfriendly.  They do not return calls. They do not send monthly statements. You have to request a statement ledger which is messy and not very ledgible. They set up escrow accounts and do not pay the taxes as they should. We had a tax lien placed on our property where they did not pay  and would not have know if we had not received a statement that next year showing it was not paid. They have excuss after excuss for what they do to try a justify it. I will never ever deal with this company again and I will never recommend this company to anyone else.
