SWE Homes Scott Wizig owner Sold a home that was in bad condition with an estimate of 16,000 dollars to fix prior to our living there only 8 months. Bellaire, Texas

Purchased a home from SWE Homes in the Crosby Texas area with 3000.00 down. Feburary 14th we moved in our home.

Mortgage set at 688.00 a month which we paid up in time. April 2011 we started having plumbing problems. The fecies started coming up thru the bath tub. Not so good.

Between the toilet and the bath tub it became bad. The water started backing up in the bathroom, coming up thru the tile and in the last bedroom in the back of the house.

We did try to fix the problem. As we went thru the process, we found broken pipes under the sides of the house, which ran under the brick foundation. We had the city of Laporte come in and flush the system out for us. That did not work.There was nothing else they could do for it.

We had a company come out to check the house and found mold, mildew, and water in the walls. Finding out that we were looking at 16,000 dollars to fix the house. Going into it more, this was what the documents showed we would be paying more.

We had already paid around 13,000 out for this home. Our savings towards a home we thought was a home. Our family was forced to move out of the home due to all the water, mold, mildew,and fecies that kept coming up thru the floor.

I suffer with Diabetes and highblood pressure. I have a son with asthma, and we could not stand the oder or the atmosphere any longer.

We did contact SWE to let them know. Their response was, that wasnt there problem, we just needed to pay them their money. I responded that it needed to be fixed and SWE responded : How can i fix the house and not pay them? All I wanted was for them to be considerate and atleast reimburse us.

I asked to speak to Scott Wizig and they told me, he doesnt talk to clients. That was that.
