swe homes 2011 swe homes they said i still owe them for my down payment but i paid in full and they are rude houston, Texas

my husband and i bought a home from swe homes in feb 2012 it was something we had been wanting for awhile and was very happy to get out home but then all went down hil.l  my husband lost his job and we were doing all that we could to get money to pay our home. we called swe homes to see what we could do so that we wouldnt lose out home. we spoke to a lady by the name of vanessa who was really rude. told us that we had to come up with the money or our home would be forclosed on. they were not willing to work out anything. i went to a third party who was trying to help and vanessa was rude also. then she told me why would i get purchase a home if i wasnt gonna pay on it. mind u i had already told her that my husband had lost his job on 7/25/2012. i called their office to let them know that i needed a paper from them stateing that they wnated me to put flood insurance on the home and pay out of my pocket and i did. im trying to get my insurance money back since im no longer in the home that the forclosed on in june. when trying explain to vanessa what i needed she started to be rude when i asked her for her name she said it like i was stupid of hearing her and she was laughing at me when i asked to speak to a superviser. she said they are in a meeting and she also told me that i didnt finish paying my down payment witch i have a proof that i paid my down payment in full because if i didnt i wouldnt be able to move into the home. these ppl are so rude im still trying to talk to a supervisor but they are still in a meeting .
