SWE Homes Rip me off!Decieve me that the home I bought was worth more than it was Bellaire Texas

I purchase a Home from SWE Homes in 12/26/08.The house was a disaster so many things wrong unbelievable.I was decieved in thinking the house was habitable was not.I was so ashamed and embarass that I trusted the man and his band of thieves that I tried to fix the many problems to live in the home,but of course i fell behind in the mortgage.Which was I believe is the plan of this cold blooded thief.I m facing foreclosure. I put over 5000 dollars in this house,plus a 2800 dollars downpayment.In 4 months.Ripoff seems light,because he knew and plan on me doing just what i did.The biggiest lie was sold me a house for 70,000 and come to find out the is only worth 29,000!!!
