I am glad to see that I am not the only person that feels that they have been victimized by this organization. I have made numerous attempts to get a refund for both the Raymond Aaron and the Robert Shemin courses.
I attended the Real Estate Expo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and bought both programs at about $1,000.00 a piece. I went through the 3 day Raymond Aaron wealth expo which was another scam to buy even more products at an inflated rate.
When a friend of mine told me that I was getting scammed and that all that these so called guru's are teaching is right in the the book (Think and Grow Rich) by Napolean Hill. I was truely floored. I proceeded to go ahead and purchase this book and low and behold it was true, all of the crap information that they are overcharging you for is right in this $16.00 dollar book.
I immediatley contacted both parties about a refund and because they both got up there on stage a flat out said that there would a one year guaratee if you do not see a difference yourself.
So when I contacted there offices, I was told since the product I purchased was purchased at a Learning Annex Event. I would have to seek a refund from the Learning Annex. I immediately suspected that someting was wrong and contacted the Learning Annex for a full refund. I was told that I only had a three day money back gurarntee and that it was on the sheet that I signed. If that were the case then why would these speakers get up on stage and flat out lie about their money back guarantee?
Since then to no avail have I been sucessful in getting my money back from them. This is a huge scam and stay away from these predators.
Not to mention I was charged $225.00 for two VIP tickets to attend this seminar, shortly after registration I heard from a few people they were giving these tickets away for free at the day of the event, I should have known that this could possibly turn into a scam.

After having to go to the extremes of even having it come to this. I did contact The Learning Annex after recieving an email. They offered me a full refund and even paid for the shipping back to them.
They did go out of their way to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer.
