Time Warner Cable The Time Warner Cable Service Technician stole my modem. Chatsworth California

My roommate had a technician come to our apartment to work on the cable feed line.  After he left, I saw that he cut my internet line and stole my modem.  When I questioned my roommate, he apologized and said the technician left and returned, but he had not supervised the technician's work on the return visit.  My roommate and I called Time Warner Cable Customer Service and we spoke to Ritchie in the Phippine Islands, who took our report and said the supervisor would call us, which he never did.

The following Thursday, which was my day off, I went to the Time Warner Cable office in Paicoma and I spoke to Gustavo and Aaron.  I made a report to them and gave them all the serial numbers on the modem that was stolen.  They said, the technician's supervisor, Nestor, would contact me.

Because Nestor, the Supervisor, had not contacted me I returned to the Paicoma office the following Thursday.  Although Gustavo was off that day, I spoke to Aaron, again.  He said, the technician denied taking my modem.  I could tell from the conversation that Time Warner Cable was not going to do anything to fix this situation.

Only three people had access to my modem -- myself, my roommate, and the technician.  I have known my roommate for 2 years and he is an ethical, honest human being, so I know he did not steal my modem, which only leaves the technician.

I do not want this technician in my home or anyone elses home ever again.  I have sent several letters of complaint to State, County, and Local agencies and the Office of the Chairman of the FCC, Tom Wheeler.
