Spectrum Time Warner Cable Raising prices and poor service quality Winnetka California
We have been having problems with our phone and internet service and not our t.v. Spectrum brought several techs to check tbe problem. Since they could not find their problem, they blamed it on oyr house electrical even after they moved the equipment to another outlet that was deamed okay by Spectrum. My husband and I used to work for the company back when they T.W.C. and told them it was a problem with the Spectrum reverse and not our house since the problem just happened once Spectrum took over. We were then told that since Spectrum thought that it was a house problem and not a Spectrum problem, we would not be able to be reimbursed for all the outages that are happening on a daily basis, which is utter bulls*! They are just too lazy to check further! I miss Kathy Serksnas since she really cared about the customer and offered excellent customer service! Debbie Picalo sucks a*s!
