United Laser Clinics closed shop and won't refund! Unprofessional and unreasonable! Bloomfield Hills,Chicago Based out of Indiana, locationas all over

I went to show up at mt last appointment in Lincoln Park only to find the clinic, like many other United Laser Clinics, has been closed. I wanted at least a partial refund because the treatment cost almost $2000.00 and I still have about 8 months left on my paid for contract. I was told to talk to the VP of United Laser Clinics, Michelle Droulos. After over 10 attempts to get in touch by phone and email, she finally emailed me and told me I could go to another location. There is not 1 location less than an hour from me and because I live in the city I do not own a car- this is not a feasible option. I again asked for a partial refund. She responded, sorry , but these times are tough on us all, but have a nice day.

As a consumer and businesswoman, I would not recommend or trust this company to anyone. It is fact that several of these clinics have closed, and with the poor businessmanship that I have experienced, I cannot imagine that they will be around much longer.

In fact, if you are still considering using this clinic, I would challenge you to call and try to get in touch with Michelle Droulos first to have her assure you that you clinic will not close. Despite the time of day, I bet she will be out to lunch as she was the half dozen times I called her office!
