Vacation Promotions They promised a full refund and after several months they have not refunded and will not return my calls. New Port Richey Florida

In July, I was contacted by Vacation Promotions and they offered my an all-inclusive vacation package for 4 for $550. They told me I would have 3 years to take my vacation. I paid the fee by mastercard and they told me my contract would come in the mail. I was also told I could return for a refund within 90 days.

When I received the contract, it said I only had 1 year to use the package, which did not work for me. I immediately returned the contract and requested a refund.

After 30 days, I had not received a refund on my mastercard statement. I called them (rather difficult, as they do not publish the phone number for their "refund department") and they told me that refunds take 45 days to process. After 60 days, I had not received my refund.

I have tried to call them several times, and there has been no answer. I left messages, but they have not been returned. Now, there doesn't seem to be an answering machine at their "refund department", so the phone just keeps ringing.
