Washington Mutual Home Loans ripoff house was sold they knew and are still trying to foreclose Florence South Carolina

I put my house on the market in November 2003. I got a signed contract in Jan 04 and advised them. I did exactly what they ask me to do. My agent and I both gave them the date of Feb.6th
as the proposed closing date. Due to some problems with the settlement company we did not close that day.

I learned they had taken out a second mortgage when they had advise me the papers were to allow them to re-age the account current in 2000 and put the payments due the at the end of the loan. To me this is not legal.

Anyway I had to pay 3162.49 in addition to the purchase price of the loan to satisfy them. Now they are not releasing the amount they want for their attorneys as they filed foreclosure papers after the 6th knowing the settlement company had the funds in hand. I don't know what they are up to, but I am seeking legal council of my own now.

I wish this company would be banned from doing business ever again. It looks also like I have lots of company out here.
