wavee.com wavee penny auction ripoffs never shipp won items they take your money for nothing,scammers!!!!! n/a, Internet

i sign up with wavee.com a penny auction and purchased 75dlls worth in bids and spent them all on one item trying to win it and i purchased 75dlls more in bids and won the item with almost all my bids gone i won on 2-11-11 and every month after that i would email them to find out when will my item be shipped but after several email attempts with no reply's i   started calling them about once a week and they would tell me that i should get it by a date they post on the site but every time i would check the date it would be pushed back a month every time and when i would call to complain about this they would tell me that they are behind in the shipping department, all this happend and tree months went by with no item ever shipped,the last time i tried calling  they where no longer taking calls and the website was down and it would forward me to a page with a link to email them with shipping questions but still no awnser after several attemps , now i have no way of contacting them they aren't taking calls,no website,and no reply's to link provided, and now i feel like they got away with scamming people with a fraudulent website they charged peoples credit cards sold bids and when we  actually won something it was never shipped or refund never made,the item i won was for 3.00 but it took me more then 150 bids to win it thats more then the item cost itself retail, wich was a Apple tv sold for 99.99 retail, 3.00 equals to 300 bids that they sold for nothing in return.
