WhiteSmoke WhiteSmoke sells to customers, but will NOT respond to a customer issues after it takes your money! Wilmington DE

I've repeatedly emailed the general customer support address, created technical tickets and emailed directly to head of customer service for more than a month.  Other than the auto replies, my grievances go unanswered with one exception.  I once received a reply, after one full week of daily emails and service ticket creations, telling me that my lifetime subscription had not expired as the error message in my application kept telling me.  The explanation was there had just been an outage with their server, which caused the application not to work for a whole week's time. 

Even though I created a customer log on with their on-line support system, every time I create a service ticket, the ticket disappears once I log back on to track it.  Their customer and/or technical support is completely void.

To make things worse, WhiteSmoke emails 3x weekly to sell new application upgrades.  I previously purchased a lifetime subscription, which have proven not to consistently work.  This Company continues to sell even though it will completely ignore customer issues after they take your money. 

This Company is clearly going out of business, and scamming whoever they can before they're shut down.
