Whitesmoke Virtually no customer support wilmington Delaware

I purchased a liftime membership from this company which specilizes in writing improvement/checker software. While the product is fairly goo customer service is practiaclly non-existent. They have a phone number that is never answered. If you have any type of problem you'l wait days or weeks for help via email. It appperas they resond very slowly on email. This company originally had excellent live service. It appears now that they must have undergone a headcount reduction which has killed their service. I've had a couple of occasions when I've had serious business disrutions waiting on this company for assistance. I will never purchase any version of this product again. I've previously asked for and never recieved a refund.
