10/02/12  i went to  get mony out of my account at woodroest bank atm.. i pressed the button for that amot.. i stood there waiting. it gave me 20 bucks. not the 200 i asked forr. i showed the manager in my hand the 20 dollars i recieved and not $200.oo. Sh eopend the machine and checked and sid that i had recieved $200.00 as thats what appeared after checking the machine. i then filed a complaing ordispute over the trasaction. She wais it would take up to 10 days.. exactly 10 days afterwards. today 10/17/2012 i got the report back saying they had reviewed the case and see that i had withdrawn 200 dollars.. Where did the other $180 dollars go? i stoon next to the atm. i could see it. i never put my  hands in my pocket. i held out and up the 20 dollars i recieved.. How is this possible? i need help.  200 dollars is a lot of money to me

Don't waste your time calling their customer service. Half the time you don't get someone who speaks English, the other half you get someone with a permanent attitude who does nothing but transfers you to your home branch. If you get real mean you might even get a regional to listen to your story. Not that they believe you either because they call the home branch and ask for their side of things. Moral of the Story??? You're screwed pal .
