AAA Deceptively said they would replace a battery when they would not Clearfield UT

I called to have my battery replaced. They came started the car to test, then left without changing battery as they had advertised. They did not provide the service I asked for but would not refund my fees.

I have roadside assistance to jumpstart my car.  all i wanted is the battery to be replaced.  After they came and started my car (which they said they needed to do) they told me the battery needed replacement.  I knew this, and had asked for this service to resolve it.  The technician started the car, but would not replace the battery.  Then they claim they provided a service (not what i asked for) and would not refund my money.

Who would pay for someone to do something when they charge for something i didn't ask for?

Who would advertise they would replace a battery when they would not?
