I signed up for the six-month subscription. Within 72 hours I changed my mind and decided to cancel. I discovered they only have a cancellation policy for consumers in 7 states: I could not cancel. So I continued the subscription. There is no phone number to call for customer service: and you can only contact customer support via email.
I started having problems with the website and the platform. It requires two-factor authentication - the platform and app have bugs and won't let me login. So I can't use the account and I cannot cancel. They won't help me. I have used the platform for 4.5 months:
* I cannot login to my account
* I cannot access my account
* There is no phone number to call for support
* Support is only available via email and it sucks
* Most users of the platform are outside a 30-45 mile radius of my location
* I have not met anyone through the platform
In short, this platform is a rip-off and a waste of time. Avoid it at all costs.

*****GLOBAL VIRUS ALERT: Make sure to go to BING and type in: CLEANAIRANDWATER.NET and watch the videos of planes spreading virus in Australia in order to purposely infect people so the Pharmaceutical companies in America could profit from selling vaccines. (Google removed these videos from the web several years ago.) WHY?!?
