Upon signing up for E-Harmony I noticed it said there is a 'six month' subscription.  There was nothing there stating that I could not cancel the membership or re-occuring payments.  This is mis leading I am not a lawyer and the defacto web site policy is that no matter how LONG you sign up (usually meaning you'll get a better monthly rate) that you can cancel at any time.  I did not know that I was locking into a contract.  I feal this is very misleading and unethical.  They can take me to court if they like because I am not supposed to have to read through pages and pages of legal jargon while signing up for a dating site.  Nothing on the sign up page clearly stated I could not cancel the membership or that I was locked in to pay the full amount.
