Elavon stole $2177, disputed it and they further took out another $1325 for an arbitration that we were not involved in. Atlanta Georgia

Elavon payment processors approved a self $2177 on April 9, 2023. 5 1/2 weeks later, they withdrew the money from our account stating that the card was stolen. No notice or warning to us they simply removed it from our account. We disputed this as we had received an approval and we then called to get a verbal approval because the sale was larger. They assured us nothing was wrong and then took the money from our account. we disputed it and they arbitrarily took out another $1325 from our account after telling us we had been through arbitration and lost. We had never disputed that the card was stolen. We disputed that they approved the stolen card. We are now out almost $4000 and they will not speak to us or deal with us or give us any of the requested phone call transcripts or email transcripts or the survey that we did immediately after the sale stating that they assured us that the sale was fine. They have refused entirely to cooperate and are now in possession of my $2177 are in possession of an extra $1325. We were charged fees on that transaction and the merchandise is stolen from our store. We have been pursuing them every day since this began in May 20 23 and they have not cooperated at all. Please help us!
