Elavon Refused to refund our company money we are due!! Internet

Our account was mistakenly charged by Elavon way back in February 2012. We've confirmed they owe us a chargeback in the amount of $2750.00.  Our account rep usually ignores every communication we send. As a result we tried going to her supervisor who is just as bad with communicating. We are being ignored at every turn.

We have emails from them stating they will refund us our money. Then, in June 2012 we are told to contact their chargeback department, so we did. The chargeback department stated "Too much time has elapsed" & they are not able to give us our money back as a result.

This is fraud.  We don't know what to do at this point!!!!  Can they really do this to businesses???

Ignoring the customer is obviously coming from the top down, since the manager of the account rep is doing the same thing!! 

We don't recommend doing business with this company if you don't have too!!  We have wasted more time than we can express trying to simply get back our money they took by mistake in the first place!!!!
