This company is where I ordered 3 shirts from on July 20th. It is now Nov. 15th. My Credit card Payments are automatic so I do not look at my online report often. Today I did and I have what I figured out are 3 shirts and then a charge of $19.95 each month for some Family Protection Association.

I called the number and the lady told me I ordered 3 shirts and they are on backorder. LO L Really because a legit company would be sending me emails,  trying to keep my business. Then she tells me, "because you ordered shirts you are automatically signed up as a member." I replied I didn't sign up for s*** and not only that I never receive any newsletter your site says I am supposed to be getting.

She asks me if I want information on the membership, that a lot of people benefit from it?  I replied, " are you kidding me, you just scammed me, took my money without my knowledge, never informed me of my shirt order being back-ordered and you think I want to sign up and give you more money.

Well, I was then told that I would be getting a refund of $103.70 in the next 2 - 6 days. The worse thing is, I am almost positive I already went through this a couple of months ago, but I can't truly remember. I recall looking at their website and wondering what the heck it was, so I am 99% positive I did. I am embarrassed I didn't follow up on it.

So I have doubts I am going to receive any money. So my next step is to head over to my credit card company and see what they can do or at least stop another payment on the 18th.  I think it is an actual scam because I have found 3 separate addresses for the company just looking for who they are.
