I've always prided myself on being a respectful customer, and I never set out to cause any trouble during my visits to the Home Depot in Phenix City. Unfortunately, my experiences there have often left me feeling mistreated, and it’s disheartening to say that it has frequently been the employees who have made me feel unwelcome, particularly in the wood cutting department. Instead of receiving the service I deserve, I’ve faced interruptions from off-duty employees who attempt to bypass me while I’m already being attended to.

Like many consumers, I’ve encountered unfair treatment at Home Depot, where raising a concern isn’t disruptive but a basic consumer right. I believe that voicing dissatisfaction doesn’t equate to being abusive toward the staff. To my surprise, I found that Jessica Weidman responded to my polite inquiries with hostility. Her apparent disregard for customer concerns indicates a troubling trend at this location, a place where consumers should feel valued but often feel silenced instead.

Jessica cannot just accuse a customer of wrongdoing without basis, despite her charming demeanor. Don’t be fooled by her smile; I hold evidence in the form of a letter she sent me that illustrates her unjust actions. I’ve done nothing wrong, and yet I feel disillusioned with how some of these businesses operate—using their resources to disregard the rights of their customers.

As a former customer at Home Depot, my experience was marred by Jessica Weidman's biased behavior.
During a routine visit for a wood-cutting request,

I found my service interrupted by two male customers who were rude and inconsiderate.

This chaotic scene, along with the ineffective management from Chris Alison, the operations manager, suggested a serious issue of fairness and respect for women at this location.

My voice was dismissed, and I bore the brunt of unjust blame instead.

The dismissive attitude of the employee at customer service in Atlanta confirmed that Jessica Weidman seems to believe she can act above accountability.

No one should have the power to malign a customer’s reputation. Meanwhile, Jessica presents herself on social media as a perfect individual, basking in happiness with her family, all while her unprofessional conduct reveals a darker side.

What transpired next was even more disconcerting. Jessica decided to judge the situation without properly understanding it and quickly sided with the  lying employees.

Discrimination is unacceptable anywhere, yet it appears to be a common issue at this Home Depot. She falsely accused me of being disruptive, and instead of attempting to mediate, she exacerbated the situation by issuing me a trespass notice. An off-duty employee attempted to bypass my turn, and when I stood up for myself, the situation escalated further thanks to the disrespect from the operations manager.

Furthermore, I was shocked by how one of the wood cutting department managers nearly assaulted me by slamming a piece of wood on her cart as I passed by. Meanwhile, Chris Alison, despite being in a position of authority, chose to remain silent, further highlighting his poor leadership. Jessica fails to recognize that customers have the right to express their grievances without facing retaliation.

That is what Wells Fargo did to my mother because of Ashley and Chas Hawthorne falsely accusing her of harassment

AUTHOR: Charles - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, April 18, 2025

Wells Fargo has treated my mother unfairly, and the situation has truly been distressing for our family. This all stemmed from a false accusation made by Ashley Hawthorne, who claimed that my mother engaged in harassment. Such unfounded allegations can have serious consequences, and it's deeply troubling to see how easily someone's character can be tarnished based on lies. Moreover, I urge everyone to be cautious about the reviews you read on platforms like Rip Off Report. Many of the individuals commenting there appear to be staunch supporters of big business, prioritizing corporate interests over the truth. My experiences have been equally harrowing, as I bravely chose to shine a light on unethical practices within the business world. I believe that silence in the face of wrongdoing only allows the injustice to persist, which is why I am committed to speaking out and standing up for what is right, no matter the personal cost.

The Home Depot employees was harassing and abusing me

AUTHOR: Cathy - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, February 23, 2025

I've been a loyal customer at Home Depot for 25 years, and never once did I encounter the kind of issues I'm facing now. As a customer, I absolutely have the right to voice my complaints, yet it seems Jessica Weidman , for some unknown reason, took a dislike to me. The strange part is, she didn’t even know who I was! In the past, whenever I've faced problems, I would reach out to express my concerns. This all began when I received the wrong-sized bedroom doors. Chris, who is the operations manager, didn't take kindly to my complaints. He mentioned that he would swing by to pick up the doors since I didn’t have a truck, but it felt like he was just annoyed by my situation. I had also spoken with a male district manager regarding the door mix-up, so I can't help but wonder why Jessica didn't engage in helping me with this issue.

Recently, I needed one last piece of wood cut for my living room wall. The employees insisted it was too risky to cut, but if that's the case, why even have it on the shelves? After that, they started to harass me for no reason. This all spiraled out of control when I refused to let the two male employees rudely cut me off while I was already being assisted by another male employee. When I inquired about the price of an item, one of them suddenly turned hostile and walked away, leaving me feeling bewildered. And yet, Jessica Weidman claims that I was the one being abusive to the store employees. In reality, the opposite is true; they were the ones being disrespectful towards me. I am absolutely outraged and feel deeply betrayed because Home Depot is making false accusations against m

Jessica doesn’t want corporate or the owners to know her true evil self that it why she paid a attorney to threaten me

AUTHOR: Cathy - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, January 27, 2025

Let me be clear: I've never acted abusively or disruptively toward this person or at the Phoenix City Home Depot.

The truth is, she's the one harassing me, and it seems Home Depot is backing her up. It's gone so far that she's hired a lawyer to shut me up! She's a terrible district manager who just doesn't care about customers.

This whole thing feels like discrimination against me because I'm white. I suspect that's why Home Depot involved Jessica – to block me from taking legal action.

It feels like a personal attack based solely on my race. I strongly believe Home Depot promoted her to district manager not for her abilities, but to let her continue harassing and lying about customers.

To add insult to injury, they even falsely called the police on multiple occasions, even though they saw me at the store and knew I wasn't shoplifting – something I've never done and never would.

I am being treated very unfairly by Jessica Weidman I was never abusive or disruptive to her or her sorry employees

AUTHOR: Cathy - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 22, 2025

I just received a threatening letter from Jessica attorney. My son told he he sent her a copy of this report because he is angry at the false accusations Jessica made against me. As well the employees at the phenix city Home Depot. Then she finishes off the letter please govern yourself appropriately.

Well if she told me not to contact them anymore. Why would she feel the need to tell me that. I was the one being harassed and discriminated against by the two male employees at the phenix city Home Depot.

I was never abusive or disruptive. Why all of a sudden where they making a big deal about cutting 6 inches. When they cut this other wood for 12 inches.

Why is Jessica making a big deal. Because these generation x people like Jessica think they are going to abuse the elderly. I was 64 years old when this incident happened.

I feel betrayed and hurt. I was a long time customer. But because of these people in Jessica age group. Think they're going to push me around. Then trying to sick a lawyer on me to silence me!

Jessica has no right to ruin my reputation. Saying I was abusive and disruptive with no proof. She lied in her letter.

She didn't like it cause I told her like it was. That she wasn't fooling me. I didn't yell at her or raise my voice. But she's on a power trip by acting like this and sicking a lawyer on me.

Businesses have more leverage and resources. To scare us consumers but I will not be silenced. Home Depot and Jessica Weidman are harassing me! By doing all this.

Women who have education and positions like Jessica often pick on other women

AUTHOR: Cathy - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, December 09, 2024

I had previously spoken to a male district manager. About receiving wrong door sizes. I had spoken to a male district manager at the time. The Home Depot at the phenix city location don't like getting complaints. You should see the Google reviews. I wasn't the only one who didn't receive the wrong door sizes.

So why was Jessica Weidman targeted me and singling me out? From the other customers who made a bad review on Google reviews.

Chris Alison the operations manager. Had an I don't care look. When I had told him I was going to complain about speaking to the district manager. He wasn't scared at all. After they had denied cutting my room. When all I needed was last piece of wood.

I am a victim of discrimination at this location. Because of me being female. Jessica Weidman is also being sexist against her own gender. Because she has the power.

Women who have authority roles and education. Often pick on women even though. Jessica knows the struggles women often face in a man's world.
