I am writing to file a formal complaint against PayPal regarding their failure to release funds from my account, which has been permanently limited since 2020. Despite being informed by PayPal that I would be able to withdraw my funds after a 180-day period, this period has long since passed, and I have yet to receive any communication from PayPal allowing me to access my funds.

I have made several attempts to contact PayPal directly to resolve this issue, but my efforts have not yielded any results. The lack of responsiveness and transparency from PayPal in this matter is deeply concerning and has caused significant financial inconvenience.
