Wondershare Overcharged and product does not work

I tried this company after my wife's iPhone was bricked by an update.  All I wanted to do was try to reinstall the OS, as iTunes had failed.  I selected just that option ($59.95) and clicked pay via Paypal.  It then had me log into Paypal, and quickly confirmed without showing me a final price.  Found out later I was charged $99.95.

Besides the obvious pricing scam the software itself seems to do nothing more than you can do with iTunes.  I tried to install the OS, it pretended to download the needed software (which was odd, since I didn't have any network activity corresponding to the large download it claimed), and then the program gave an error and quit.

This company is a complete scam.  They will lie to you, lie to Paypal, lie to your bank, do anything they can to keep your money once they have it.  I was desperate and hopeful to get the phone working again, and fell for their scam.  Don't make my mistake.
