1 & 1 Internet Inc I canceled my web domain renewal when they asked me if I wanted to renewed it. Unfortunately I did not know i had to log into my account and cancel it there. A week ago, I received a debt collection Internet

I received an email from 1and1 internet company to renew my domain name in July. 
I responded to them by saying I wanted to cancel.  The responded to me by telling me I have to log into the website and cancel it from there.  Unfortunately I thought I had canceled my service.  On September 25, I received about a $30.00 debt collection from an agency representing 1and1 internet.  They charge me 18.95 for the late fee, and also 8.95 to renew my domain name.  This was the domain name I requested to cancel. 

On top of that, my credit card also expired before they can charge me.
