1 &1 internet Inc beware as I was never told the truth but lead to believe all was ok until got big bill! Chersterbrook Pennsylvania

I was told after the 30 day trial period they would extend and I reluctantly said ok, I told them I had to go to hospital and was not sure if I could keep working on my website, they said no worry they would extend and just call them,

  I was offline and did not receive a call until March 14, 2013 and was told I would be billed and the credit card I used was rejecting their billing of 89.00 and 19.90 for domain name.

I never was told I would be billed this on this date just don't worry we will extend and just don't wrroy

then they said I was responsible for a year contract!

My website was never completed, they said they cheked it out and it was just fine, although my friends never could find it using the webname and domain which was suppose to be in the premium pakage,

so I never really was online and they never said,

hey lady we will bill you almost 100 on april 14th and you will be entering a year contrac.

I had endless problems getting my website togheter, the service was awful and towards the end they said look do not worry we will entend until you get back online and then we will go over your package and website and fine tune it with you!

they said they did this wothout me and went ahead and began charging me the $89.95 month adn I also owed $18.95 for domain name!

I received mail after the fact a bill, and a call after the fact,

My computer was down and I had not been to my supposedly online website which noone could find for over a month.

It was all a scam they should of said look, just cancel and when you get it together come back and reinstate but instead they were very casual and said no worry,

nmow I am being sued by collection agency and my credit score ruined more!

Thanks alot you frigin jerks I see they do this over and over again cause the salespeople work on commissions,

I think they need a class action suit anyone want to join contact me!
