1-800-Flowers never delivered 2 different orders big disappointment Internet

Fist time 1-800-Flowers showed their true colors was when my daughter graduated college. Her aunt and uncle sent her flowers using 1-800-Flowers. They never showed up. That was 6/2006

The worst was that my college age son was so excited to order flowers for his sister's birthday this past year (2/08). He ordered far in advance. The flowers never showed up. We did not want to disappoint him, so we ordered some flowers from a local florist and said they were from our son.

I am so furious with this place. They have ads all over the Internet and they have certainly taken $ from my family and yet have never delivered anything. I would stay as far away from them as possible.

It was not worth it to us to pursue it. We knew from the past experience (my sister in law got the runaround from them) that it was not worth it.

I say, fie on 1-800-Flowers and it will be a cold day in he(( before I ever use them.
