WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CALLS TO CORRECT AND DOESN'T RETURN YOUR CALLS .....

I purchase a mattress and box spring from the above company , upon receiving of my merchandise I found a hole in the box spring from the people who was dragging it into my home .

I have called this company not less then 12 times , and all I get is a large run around , call back later , some one will call you in 10 minutes , were to busy now ,don't worry will take care of it , etc....

I purchased this 600.00 mattress from them because I don't have the time to go to the store - instead I have wasted so much time waiting for a return phone call which doesn't occur.

Since they will not correct this problem , what will happen if the 10 year mattress goes bad - not a reputable Company to deal with and infact I am going to stop my credit card payment , since I evidently not going to get what I paid for .
