 I will be doing everything in my poewer to put this company out of business and have the Federal license taken away!!

Lining up the service, they were very helpful and patient and responsive.....All lies and setting you up to steal your things

1st off, the are a broker. Says they are not. They outsourced to a 2 person party that was the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in the service industy

They brought a truck for the size of our load and it already had a small load in it. No way it was going to fit.

They forced us to fill out forms prior to starting. I refused and said I will be doing inventory with them and sign at the end. The said sign or we wont load. We had new jobs starting in two days, our home was sold. We were in our most vulnerable position and they knew it and abused it. I crossed out it of the sections, initialed and dated knowing what happens when you sign a blank check

After being late to arrive, they didn't finish until 130AM!!! Our load didnt fit the truck. The forced me to leave items behind. They strapped 3 queen size bed sets to the OUTSIDE back of the truck!!! WTF

Before leaving, the guy walks in with the forms I crossed out and added over $1000 in changes. Charges by our contract were waived. Clear as day on the contract

We took pictures and immediately left messages for all of those oh so helpful people who lined this up for us

Once the stuff left, it gets so much worse. Origional contacts are no longer who you need ot talk to. Who do you talk to?? I still dont know. They take your calls, transfer and then drop your call.

We have called over 200 times. We have writtens 300 emails. We have contacted every number, every person and every email. Every couple weeks we get a new notice or ransom note demanding new upcharges and to wire money to an account. You pay a deposit before it happens, 50% at pick up, 50% at delivery...So again, WTF

We requested to have our things shipped (by email, by phone, by phone message and by fax iusing their form) over a month ago. Its now been 2 months, we have relocate dwith 2 small children ober 1300 miles away and only have 4 suitcases of clothes.

THEY HAVE STOLEN 43 YEARS OF 2 FAMILIES LIVES!

the items were supposed to be going to a climate controlled facility near or location. We were supposed to be able to access our stuff as needed and delivery would happen within the days stated on contract determined by miles

Where is our stuff? We have never recieved one piece of information about what has happened, the upcharges, the ransom notes, where our stuff has been, where is it now and why isnt it being delivered

We have contacted every possible agency their is (Attorney general, DOT, BBB, Local News, Executive investigations dept and Consumer services) We are now pursuing the Federal Marshals and FBI

i will not stop till we have our things and this organization pays for the GRAND LARCENY of our life long belongings
