i have a Dacor microwave/convection that has been sparking.  The contractor promptly said not to use it and that it needs to be replaced.  We heard nothing from 2-10 so we called.  They said they need a diagnosis and that they would call the contractor.  This has been the routine for a week.  We called 2-10, they sent a contractor who came over collect.

When you deal with this company you get the impression that their goal is to not pay the claim. The people that work there are rude, unprofessional and disrespectfull.  There are hundreds of reports to the BBB on them.
