Invest your hard-earned money with a warranty company that assures the purchaser that should a defect in material or workmanship occur during the warranty period, will assume specific repair and replacement responsibilities, instead taking your money fraudulently with limited to NO intention of supporting their customers as contracted.

Its been 4 months and so far 8-appliance repair visits (2requested by 2-10-meaning we didn't have to pay the $50 deductible), simply trying to get resolution for a dryer in our home. 

The last repairman that 2-10 sent to our home broke the door on the dryer, so that even our ability to "air-dry"our laundry hasn't been possible for the last 2 weeks.  After that, 2-10 indicate that a replacement dryer maybe warranted. 

Thank goodness it isn't the water heater! 

We've been without a dryer since February 17th, and after many frustrating and insulting telephone calls, we were finally informed that the replacement part would arrive 04-13.  Well, 04-13 has come and gone, we went on the website to discover (be informed) that the delivery date was moved out to April 17th with no specific time of arrival, sometime between 9 and 5. 

Combined, my husband and I have lost nearly 40 hours of PTO (paid-time-off) from our jobs, waiting for repairman to come to our home and "fix" the dryer. 

I am doubtful that we will ever receive satisfactory service regarding our dryer via 2-10 warranty.   And as much as we can determine, the customer "service" line that 2-10 offers, is only in place to insult your intelligence and offer frustration instead of logical and "result-oriented" solutions.  To that end, we've resolved that contacting 2-10 is another waste of our time.  

In hindsight we realized that with our time off from work combined with the $300 in deductibles, we could have purchased a whole new washer and dryer set. 

We've decided that instead of renewing our contract with 2-10, we will use the money to purchase a new dryer.  Our contract with 2-10 ends in July and we will NOT renew with 2-10.  It is of my personal opinion they 2-10 is a fraudulent warranty company.
