2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Been without A/C since middle of august Denver Colorado

We have been without AC since the middle of august. We called them and they sent a guy out who refilled the freon which was depleted due to a significant leak.

I have called 3 times a week to get an ETA for service,and now can't even vet a call back. We paid over $300 for the warranty, and also the $50 service fee already to cover service.

They took our money happily,and out AC is less than 4 years old.my mother has multiple health problems, including COPD which has been worse since we have no air.They said it would be about a week for the parts to come in,and we have still heard nothing.

Please help us get justice and also get our unit fixed so we can go hack to living our lives as normal.
