2-10 Home Warranty This "Home Warranty" Company Is A JOKE! Denver Colorado

I purchased a home last year and included in the purchase was a 2-10 Home Warranty.  What a joke!  They have been nothing short of a headache and I would advise everyone to look for other companies if you want a home warranty.

While they replaced a severely broken appliance with no hassle shortly after purchasing my home, everything else has been a disaster.  They have very poor communication with the contractors they send out for repairs.  I get one story from the contractor and another from the warranty company. One example is the contractor saying that an appliance cannot be repaired and that 2-10 will be calling me to schedule a replacement, only for 2-10 to call me a week later to say parts have arrived and the contractor will be out in 3 days. 

And here we are 11 months later and I still have a dishwasher that DOES NOT WORK!  Nothing comes clean.  Dishes go in after being wiped down by hand, and they come out with nasty white gunk all over them. It didn't work when I moved in, it didn't work after being taken apart and cleaned out, it didn't work after having the motor replaced, and it still doesn't work after being disassembled and cleaned by another company.  I followed all of their recommendations- change soaps, run vinegar through it, use less soap, run CLR through it- and nothing made a difference.  It's a piece of junk and needs replaced, yet they tell me it is working properly.  It's working up to standard, they say.  Who's standard?  Would they want their kids eating off of plates that have white chalky crap all over them, or drinking out of glasses that are covered with film and have sediments all over the bottom?  When the dishwasher was built, was this the company's goal?  Let's make a dishwasher that leaves everything nasty?  If so, then yes 2-10, it is operating up to standard.

I am so sick of dealing with this company.  The dishwasher has been looked at 8, maybe even 9 times.  After the 3rd time it is supposed to be replaced if it cannot be repaired.  One of the contractors even said it needed replaced around the 4th or 5th appointment.  If I'm still having the SAME ISSUE 11 months and 8 or 9 appointments later, obviously it cannot be repaired.  What is the point of paying for a warranty that is supposed to repair or replace defective appliances if nearly a year later I'm still having the same freakin problems?  What a joke.  I honestly don't think it can get any worse than dealing with these clowns.
