24 Hour Fitness Stolen Property with Thieves opening a padlocked locker at 24 Hour Fitness, Vanness San Francisco California

On November 15, 2014 my padlocked locker with a combination lock at this location was opened and broken into within miniutes when I went to take a shower. My brand new Galaxy S5 active bought full retail price which had all my personal information and passwords were changed  and hacked within minutes. Thieves got also my wallet containing $250 but most importantly all my Credit and Debit Cards, Insurance Cards and Drivers License were likewise stolen. Within the first hour about $5,000 worth of credit card charges were posted in my credit cards.

I was asking if I can use a computer to locked and erase my phone remotely after discovery but member services manager would not allow me and nevertheless took my time just for him to make a loss prevention report for their own purposes.

When I asked what's going to happen now I was told none and as a matter of fact there are no cameras in the locker room fpor privacy reasons as I was told.

I am now incurring a lot of charges and time to rebute the charges on my credit cards but at the same time, my ID and SSN has already been compromised.

When I went and emailed 24 Hour Fitness to ask the loss prevention contact to see what they can do for this chaos I was just repl;ied with an email that they sent it to the same member services manager in this location.

Meantime, I don't feel safe in this location anymore notwithstanding not a show of good faith from them about my loss after constantly being a good paying member for 10 years.

Last month when I forgot to bring a towel and went down after being in the threadmill, the blonde girl in the front desk insist that she needs a credit card to charge $2.00 for the towel. Won't even let me pay later or even with cash as it's outrageous charging $2.00 in a credit card.

This shows it's all about the revenue and money they care. They are concer about safety, security and customer service,

Even the jacuzzi and steam room of this location is most of the time broken and not working.
