24 hour fitness Jason/ manager wouldnt canel my membership and continued to take money from me st charles Missouri

i went into 24 hour fitness to cancel my membership since i was moving. talked to a lady she said everything was taken care of after we found no other 24 hour fitness clubs near me. on 8-24-15 i get a bill from 24 hour fitness. they are still taking money from me. i call and ask for a manager. jason the manager answers the phone and i have to ask him for his name. tell him what has happened. he then becomes very rude with me and starts talking to me like i am very stupid. then after he tells me he couldnt do anything for me, he then gives me a fake nuber for customer service. i call customer service who did stop my payments but said they couldnt do anything about the manager or refund my money. i would highly recomment that no one go there. they are shady people and very rude.
