These guys are a paypal look-alike that claim to help both sellers and buyers do business in a fair and reasonable playing field. Normally after an internet purchase, you will pay, end the seller will deliver,,, This is what I would call a relatively fair buyer/seller arrangement brokered by a company like paypal, or 2checkout.com... Unfortunately with all 2checkouts promises of fair trade, once they have your money, getting product is really up to the honesty of the seller. 2checkout will not assist you, or they will shine you on making promises they have no intention of fufilling, like 'we will refund your purchase if we done get satisfaction from the seller, lets wait 24 hrs'  quack quack quack ... Days or weeks later, they will invoke the big bad supervisor who will find a reason to tell you life sucks, to bad your SOL ... There are many reputable online purchase options available ,,, This one is without a doubt the only one I have EVER used that is just plain dishonest..
