321 Annuity This company claims to provide insuarance agents with qualified in-home presentations. It's a total scam! Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania

In March, 2009, I spoke with Jamie Tate of 321 Annuity. She was very clear to define their service to me. "They will provide 13, in-home, presentations to qualified prospects, over a 14 week period for $925". These prospects were all supposed to have agreed on a sit down, presentation. It was clearly understood that leads that did not result in an actual presentation were not counted and would be replaced. Their "annuity presentation agreement" states just that.

The leads the company provided were not qualified at all. These prospects for the most part were uninterested. Some of them met me on the porch and told me to leave. Others said they were never contacted by anyone at all. There were several prospects that were not home. I did manage to get 2 presentations in the 14 weeks.

After the 14 weeks, I spoke with my 321 Annuity support manager, Jim Ried. Mr Ried was very hard to deal with but after a heated telephone conversation, he agreed to give me a refund for the 11 leads I never received. This was over a month ago. The company does not answer my emails or telephone calls.

In short, they owe me $825 for the 11 presentations I never received.
