Today I went to the MT 60 Shopping center 711 to load my paypal card. I gave the cashier $154.95 to deposit on the card which he said he did. I had to give him a second card from the display due to him claiming the first one was denied. When I went to get the card i heard his cash register make a sound like he was helping another customer but there was no one else there. When I gave him the new card he swipped it real fast and nothing showed on the registers display. After a few buttons were  pushed he handed me the card and receipt and said it was good to go.

I returned to the car and tried to load my card only to recive a "Pin not activated the pin number provided has not been activated at retail. please call 1-855-721-5035". When I went back into 711 to tell him what had happen he told me he could do nothing to help unless I was going to pay him agian. His responce was for me to call the number on the receipt.  When i called the number on the receipt it was for a greendot card not a paypal. The recording gave me the choice to clain card as stollen or request refund, which means whatever card he put my money on had already been activated.

I could maybe belive it was just a mistake if the cashier had tried to give a crap and maybe appoligized. But for him to tell me to pay him agian if I wanted money on my card and to have loaded a card that was active just shows he knew what he was doing and has done it to other more than likely.

Thanks to this all happening my son and myself are without a car and money since that was all the money i had. And to top it all off it will take at least 2 weeks to get a answer from green dot on if they are going to give me my money back. If you ever are in chino stay away from the MT60 711. There is a much better one on Ramona and Riverside Dr. something like this would never happen there.
