AAA American Automobile Club of America Paid for road service membership. I broke down and was told they would be there within 55 mins. An hour later I called back and was told 15 more minutes, 20 minutes later I was told 15 more minutes, 2 hours and 15 minutes later I was told should be within 15 minutes, I requested that my membership be cancelled and my money reutrned," oh it is an annual membership, we cant cancel your membership and refund your money." They take your money and don't provide any service - that is a rip off. Internet

They take your money, and then fail to provide service - the true definition of a ripoff. I had to wait almost three hours one time I used them, being told different things each time. I missed most of my daughters college graduation due to it. This time I left after waiting more than 2 and a quarter hours, afte being told it should be within the next 15 minutes more than 4 times.  Hours of wasted time and I will still have to hire a towing compnay on my own. I will never use AAA again, or recommend them. The repeatedly lied to me on the phone, and when I asked to sepak to a supervisor they said "They are all on the phone with members - it will be a long wait.' If all the supervisors are on the phone with members - then there must be an awful lot of people having bad experiences with this company!
