AAA Nasty people and/or complete idiots work for AAA Oakland California

I cancelled my AAA Roadside service two years ago.  I immediately began receiving solicitations with "Your policy has lapsed" written on the outside of the envelope.  That made me very angry since it didn't lapse, I cancelled it. I wrote them a nice letter and asked them to cease.

In the past two years, I have written countless letters and have even resorted to sending their soliciations back in their own postage paid envelopes.  My first two letters were professional and courteous; after two years I don't bother to be polite...I've let them know I'm angry in no uncertain terms but the solicitations continue.  

I plan on calling the Post Office to ascertain who I can report them to and I hope to make their lives as unpleasant as they've made mine.
