Acai Berry Breeze Detox-Trial-Members.Co3370 Charged (illegally) my credit account $84.79 for items I did not authorize and did not want. Scottsdale, Arizona

I fell for the "free trial" advertised on the internet for $4.95 shipping.  I received the 1 bottle of trial Acai Berry Breeze about the same time that I noted the $84.95 charge on my credit card.  As well, the $4.95 shipping charge and an additional foreign transaction charge of 5 cents - of which I was not aware of.

I called Acai Berry Breeze and they refused to credit my account and refused to accept the unopened bottle (free trial???????????).  I called my credit card company and they stated that I should have read the "Terms and Conditions" and they cannot do anything.  I did not see any Terms and Conditions when I ordered.

This is a very dishonest, decietful, and just plain crooked "outfit".  Any company who will not stand behind their products is quite questionable.  How could one believe anything they promise?  I never took any of the Acai Berry Breeze as I question their credibility and therefore cannot trust their product.

Acai Berry Breeze - thanks for nothing.  You are dispicable.
