         Mr. James emphasized that ACT would then aggressively work on my behalf to network and market my skills to hiring managers that they have worked with in the past. 

         Mr. James said that he would personally use his extensive network of 20-years to make calls in my behalf and market my background and experience

         To date, I have not received a single communication about an interview

         Mr. James has consistently refused to return any calls or email messages I sent his to discuss his services

         I did not get interviews within 4-6 weeks of ACTs initiative, nor to date (10-months later) as Mr. James told my wife (on conference call) and myself that I would

         ACT's actions did nothing to bring me closer to my goal of securing a new career opportunity as Mr. James said they would

         All that ACT did to give the semblance of doing "something," likely to meet the basic "legal" requirement of "using his extensive network" was to use an old/irrelevent/and non-target e-mail lift, from which I must have gotten in excess of 200 invalid and non-existing addresses - THAT'S ALL!

         Do not Fall for the line I use credit cards only to get paid. My clients have the assurance that they can get a refund of their payments within 60-days by allerting their credit card company," or something like that. It just does not work that way. Im still trying to get a refund from my bank. Why are Check Payments not accepted by ACT or Mr. James? ACT and Mr. James would have to be a real person and a real business to have a checking account. They are a deceitful person AND a phoney operation.
