I was well pleased with AcuShield and their help in settling my debts. Could not have done it without them.
Now I have opted out and have been treated less than professionally. Have been waiting for longer than "60 working days" for my set aside fund to be refunded. No one has returned calls as promised. Most times I leave a message with the answering service. Received one call back. And nothing has been resolved.

My refund is a substantial amount and I am losing interest that I speculate Acushield is receiving on my money. They did well by me as long as I was in the program. Now I'm calling everyday to check on my funds!
