Acushield Financial RIPOFF Las Vegas Nevada

I like alot of people are struggling financially, a friend of mine recommended Acushield as a way to get help. I called them and got everything set up they told me to stop paying my bills and they would take care of things. They didn't, by the time my friend realized what was going on and told me i had already paid over 5000.00. I faxed a letter stating I want to cancel my contract and requested my money back. I was sent and email that said I would only get about $1200 back, that was better then nothing. That was in Sept of 2008.

After several phone calls and emails i wa told they were working on my refund. I have been trying to call for a week and now their phones are disconnected. I reported them to the BBB in nevada they said Acushield isn't even licensed in Nevada.

I spoke to Sandra Barnes at Acushield she told me that the Co that has my money is called USS Financial and I can't locate them so if anyone has heard of this company or has any info on acushield please email me.
