Airfare ripoff, rude, fraudulent billing, false advertising, dishonest,liars Falls Church Vermont

I purchased a ticket for my son online. On the page it said that a adult ticket is from the ages 12 and up, my son is 12. When we called the air line to verify all the information they told me that he wouldn't be aloud on the plane with an adult ticket and that they do not sell adult tickets to anyone under the age of 15.

When I called airfare.com and tried to tell the first person my problem he laughed at me. When I finally got him to transfer me to someone who was supposed to be his suporvisor I told her my problem. She told me that she would refund all but $50.00. I told her that, that was unacceptable due to the fact that it was their companys fault that I purchased the wrong type of ticket. She promptly told me that I "could just go to hell." and was hung up on.

I called back and asked for a supervisor and was connected to a man named Sam. He told me that they would not give me the 50 dollers owed to me. When I tried to explain that it was their companys fault that I got the wrong type of ticket he got very irrate with me and threatened me, he told me that I was lucky to get what I got and hung up on me.

I tried calling back sevral times that day and the day after each time being conected to Sam when asked for a Supervisor. He refused to give me a full name or an employee ID number. Nor would he give me the name, phone number of his suporvisor. They are a dishonest and fraudulent company and I deserve my money back.
