Alamo Rental Car, was a part of a package that we purchased for a cruse  when we showed up one day early and wanted to add on a additional day they started in with the story about  manager spacial we kept asking how much more it would cost and the agent said don't worry about that and talked us into a up grade after paying 250.00 aprox we though that we would be left with just a balance instead we got hit with the total bill of 452.61 we took our dispute the the credit company and they said that because we signed for the car we had no leg to stand on, also calling the rental car company they kept passing us on and basically  ignoring us in closing I would say to any body beware  of Alamo and the way they conduct business.
