ALLSTATE INSURANCE TOOK ME FOR A RIDE Fresno California

I have been paying auto insurance for several years to Allstate. One day while going home another vehicle was heading east as I was heading west. I had the right of way when the other vehicle suddenly made a prompt left turn heading north. I hit the back of of his car and smashed my front end. The light was green for me and I had the right of way. A witness claims I was heading north when the accident happened and told this to the adjuster. The man who was in the other vehicle had a suspended license and a small child in no car seat but no one was hurt. The witness came to the man and said he saw everything. A police officer arrived and no report was taken because there was no bodily injury.

I get a call from the adjuster at All state who is unable to speak to the driver of the vehicle but speaks to his girlfriend and the mother of the child in the vehicle. The girlfriend confirm to the adjuster that the accident was as I stated that the witness was wrong. The adjuster said she will take the word of the witness and not pay on my claim. My car is wrecked. I had to pay my own towing, storage and removal of vehicle.
ALLSTATE INSURANCE IS A RIPOFF!!!
