AllState Insurance Flat out thieves!! Every State In The USA Oregon

I have had Allstate for 15 years.
Our kitchen floor started to sag, at first I thought it was bad construction.
We called a contractor to come out and see why my floor was sagging.
He couldnt tell from in the kitchen so he went under our house. 18 inch space.
He discovered a water leak. There was no visable leak anywhere in the house, ie: no wet floor, no wet wall etc....
He asked if I had Home Owners insurance, I stated, yes I do. He asked me for their phone number and he called Allstate and told them what was going on and he said that he needs their permission to tear out my kitchen cabinets, tear out a wall and remove my stove. Allstate OKed the destruction and said they would pay for it since I am an Allstate customer.
The contractor found the leak in the wall and it only leaked when someone would take a shower. It was not a continueious leak. He then called Allstate back and confirmed the leak with them, he also told them that he does not do plumbing repairs, as he is not a certified plumber. Allstate told me to call a certified plumber and have the leak repaired ASAP. I did and I paid for the plumber $222 because Allstate said they would cover the cost of the demolition and the plumber. They said that they will send out am adjuster. 2-weeks later an Allstate adjuster shows up, looks at my floor and says, "YOU'RE NOT COVERED" I said arent you going to check anything out? Arent you going to crawl under the house? Arent you even going to see where the leak was. "NO" to all of my questions. They even refused to pay for the destruction of my kitchen and bathroom wall and they refused to pay for the plumber. ALLSTATESUCKS.COM
